At Round Tower, the uniqueness and individuality of each and every child is valued and celebrated. We believe that children need to feel safe and happy in order to learn and we strive to create a nurturing and welcoming environment.

High quality learning and teaching are central to our ethos. Children have the opportunity to engage in creative and challenging learning both in and out of the classroom, developing knowledge alongside transferrable skills. 

We endeavour to build, maintain and sustain positive relationships with and between all members of our school community. We seek to engage fully with parents and carers as well as external agencies so our children may meet their full potential, in turn becoming responsible, respectful and compassionate citizens.

As an integrated school we aim to provide a learning environment where children from Catholic and Protestant backgrounds, as well as those of other faiths and none can learn with, from and about each other.
